Being Critical and Creative in Action Research: Doing, Being and Becoming a Person Centered Researcher

This presentation will explore critical creativity as a philosophical, theoretical and methodological framework for participatory action research. Critical creativity has as its focus the transformation of self and others through creative and authentic engagement with the intention of achieving flourishing for all. I will outline the framework of critical and creative action research and illustrate with examples from my own research and that of colleagues.

Går de opp i en høyere enhet? Aksjonsforskning, organisasjons-læring og demokrati: Lokale medvirkningsprocesser og kosmopolitisk universalisme

Denne præsentation vil tage udgangspunkt i aktionsforskning i sammenhæng med organisatoriske læreprocesser, og deraf affødte potentialer og problemstillinger omkring demokratisk deltagels i organisationens liv. Spørgsmål om forholdet mellem demokrati og deltagelse tages op som et afsæt for at undersøge, hvilke kompetencer demokratisk deltagelse på samme tid forudsætter og udvikler hos individer og organisationer. Sammenhænge og indre modsætninger mellem konkrete deltagelsesprocesser i lokale kontekster og videnskabelige kriterier for gyldighed diskuteres i lyset af en aristotelesk tilgang til kosmopolis og universalisme.
